Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of assigned supermarket branches

• Ensure smooth store functioning and operational efficiency

• Monitor branch performance and operational standards

Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Track sales performance and support target achievement

• Analyze branch performance and identify improvement areas

• Implement strategies to improve store productivity

Team Management

• Supervise store staff, attendance, and workforce productivity

• Coordinate with branch teams to achieve business objectives

Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability

Compliance & Reporting

• Support execution of company policies and campaigns

• Ensure effective communication between departments

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in retail supermarket operations

• Experience in multi-branch retail management preferred
